I know it is early for a lot of people, but here in Florida summer is here. The shorts and swimsuit season is in full swing. Unfortunately, I seem to have eaten way to much this past winter. :( It was fun doing it but now I need to take the weight off. I have been busy reading nuphedra reviews and other weight loss information looking for the right plan for me. Hopefully, by this time next month I will be on the beach wearing a swimsuit. And I don't intend to wear a one piece.
