How Was Your Mother's Day?

So how was your Mother's Day? I hope it was as good as mine. It was hot and sunny so we headed to the beach. I now have a slight sunburn as a souvenir but it was worth it. This is the time of year when there are few visitors. All of the snowbirds are gone and the vacationers don't start showing up until the end of the month. We practically had the beach to ourselves.
