It's official, Ryanair is actively pursuing pay toilets for their airline. They have asked the manufacturer to come up with toilets that will accept credit cards for payment. I am sure that other airlines will gleefully follow suit. What else can they charge us for? No, wait. They haven't found a way to charge for air yet, but I'm sure they are thinking about it. You had better be ready to hold your pee and your breath the next time you fly or it's going to cost you.
